Smokehouse Meat Rub
Our Smokehouse Meat Rub can accompany any choice cut of meat and has been created to best complement meat smokers.
INGREDIENTS: Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Paprika, Natural Evaporated Cane Juice, Ginger, Allspice, Dried Onion & Garlic, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Celery, Cayenne Pepper.
Pork Ribs, Pork Butts, or with any choice cut of meat.
Moisten the meat with vegetable or olive oil then apply a heavy layer of the rub on the meat for 3-24 hours before putting it in the smoker.
This is our go-to rib rub. The flavor is incredible, slightly sweet and smoky and a really amazing complement to pork in particular. I always make sure to stock up when I find it!
